ACTING CLASSES

Scene Study – Working in Pairs. is simply your best opportunity to flex your acting muscles and refine your craft on a consistent basis. Scene Study is the acting class where students take all of their technique and harness it for performance. It is a weekly workout where actors test their performance abilities in a safe and playful environment. Through working on scenes of various genres, the actors discover their strengths and weaknesses with the help of a trained director’s eye. Because class size is restricted to 10 actors, each actor works in every class.
Auditioning Classes – Usually 1 to 1 where you practice on specific material in preparation for an upcoming audition.
On-Camera Class – This gives you and your teacher the opportunity to see your strengths and in what areas you need to grow.
Cold Reading Class – In this class your group is given brand new material to read together. This helps you in auditions where you are not given the material until you arrive.
Vocal Acting This is perfect for those who would love to work in musical cinema or on Broadway. This class works specifically on breathing and with your vocals in singing.
Body and Movement Class Instead of speaking this class works on movement and dance that actors must be prepared to do.
Classical Acting Class – This type of acting helps to prepare you with the ancient art of acting such as Shakespeare.
Voice-Over Classes – If you have ever watched an animated movie, then you have watched many voice over actors at work. This type of class helps work on your voice and types of voices that you can portray for animated flicks, commercials, and other projects needing a voice over actor.
